- 20 Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 c coconut (optional)
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
Brown Sugar Mixture:
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c dark karo syrup
Directions:
Flatten out biscuits on a plate. Mix together cream cheese mixture. Place ~1 Tbs in each biscuit and roll it up. Place biscuits face down in Brown Sugar Mixture in Baking Dish!
